for raising these questions. I surely appreciate it very much that Avri 
Doria - whom I know since many years of good cooperation in ICANN - has 
been invited as a representative of Organizational Members.

Considering the long and intensive statements from Chapters in the past 
discussion about the nature of "ISOC" either as "an entity which can 
enter into agreements with Chapters" or "ISOC an organization made up of 
Members organized in Chapters" - and a lot of variables in between to be 
clarified - I am also surprised that there is - so far - not a more 
structured participation of Chapters in this process.
