[Chapter-delegates] Six strikes system to be implemented by ISPs in US jurisdiction in 2012

ISOC's North America Regional Bureau has arranged for the administration of
the 6 strikes program - the CCI - to attend an INET in NYC on Nov 15 to
discuss this. We are just in the process of lining up a venue.
