[Chapter-delegates] Update on IGF Preparations

Dear all,

Thank you for joining the IGF Preparatory calls this week. For those who 
were not able to join, you will find below the recording links and 
please remember that:

- Online registration for the Seventh Annual IGF Meeting closes on 
Monday, 15 October. Onsite registration will start on Friday, 2 
November, at the Baku Expo Center.

- There will be a number of events organized the day before the IGF 
officially starts, on Monday, 5 November, including: onsite briefing 
session for Members and Ambassadors, pre-event on Enhanced Cooperation, 
ISOC reception. We will send information about locations and times as we 
get closer to the event.

- ISOC is conducting a consultation ahead of the IGF on Internet 
Governance. To participate in this consultation, please click here:

- Please also inform us about your plans in Baku! Let us know if we can 
assist you in any way by sending a link to the workshops or events you
