Dear Frederic,

The ERB Newsletter is a very good approach to EU and Europe related 
matter. It is well done but
we expect the newsletter to evolve in content and not in length. It must 
stay short, concise and
enough informative. Chapter contributions should be welcome if they are 
aligned with the major
shape and content of the newsletter.
