[Chapter-delegates] FYI - New version 1.0.12 of ISOC WordPress theme

Chapter delegates,

This morning I made a new version 1.0.12 of the ISOC WordPress theme available for download at:

https://github.com/InternetSociety/isoc-wp/downloads

If you are using the Theme Updater plugin mentioned in the documentation, you should just be able to do an automatic update from the Themes page and get the new version of the theme.  If you are not - or are setting up a new site/server - downloading the ZIP file from the URL above would be the best way to get started.

No major changes to the theme with this release. Mostly tweaks to the documentation and a fix to the main logo.  The only real change was the addition of a set of monochromatic social media icons that can be used.  The documentation now includes links to all the available social media icons (both monochrome and color).  Those wanting the details of exactly what changed can find the details in the issues here:

Please feel free to add issues there as you work with the theme so that we can track what needs to be addressed.

There's a new version 3.5 of WordPress that is going to be released in early December that includes a substantial rewrite of the media upload window and should make a couple of aspects of working with the theme a bit better.  I'm going to be traveling to ION Conferences the first two weeks of December and so probably won't have a chance to look at this until later in December, but I'm looking forward to seeing what WordPress 3.5 might offer to make the process even smoother.
