[Chapter-delegates] [Socis] ISOC Catalan chapter: Thank you and see you

Thank you Jordi (Hinojosa) for leading the Chapter these last years
and for such an easy transition. As we said in the GA, we'll be giving
continuity to the projects your team started and we count on every
member willing to participate. We are all necessary.

The new ISOC-CAT board:
- Roger Baig --> Secretariat
- Benjamí Villoslada --> Treasurer
- Jordi Iparraguirre --> President
which will be growing as more members will take the lead on projects,
activities and actions.
