Dear Michael,

Please receive my congratulation to your anniversary.
ISOC NL is one of the first European chapters and excellent example
how to implement and promote the basic mission of the Internet Society.

I am happy to see my colleagues from Netherlands that together with 
myself were present
in Kyoto when Internet Society World was founded, now being part
of the ISOC NL event and contributing to
the celebration of your 15th anniversary. I wish to you, to
all ISOC NL members and to all present at the event all the best and 
very very happy anniversary.
