[Chapter-delegates] Friendly reminder: Chapter video messages & World IPv6 Launch resources

This is just to remind you that we are looking for short (5-30 second) video messages from Chapters (if possible before 30 May) on the following questions:

-       Why is IPv6 important to the development of the Internet in your region?
-       And, in particular, why is this big step in the Internet's ongoing evolution exciting for you?
