[Chapter-delegates] US Six Strikes Anti-Piracy Scheme Delayed

All,
Given the level of interest in CCI by a number of chapters, I think it makes sense that I take the lead in coordinating a panel discussion with some of the CCI principals. I will organize the event such that chapters have the opportunity to submit questions in advance and participate remotely. If there are no objections, I will start planning the event.
