Christian,
This is a very dicy issue, we have to look at the whole issue objectively i
am basing my arguments on a Socio-economic perspective. Governments exist
to protect the citizenry and ensure that there is a conducive environment
for them to socialise and have decent livelihood, this in itself differs
across different jurisdictions.
