[Chapter-delegates] Another example on how a chapter has partenered with the government to help decrease the digital divide. Your chapter can do the same!

ISOC Puerto Rico have been instrumental in helping the government of Puerto
Rico in creating a multi-stake holder task force with the purpose of
generating a strategic plan for increasing Internet broadband adoption
through out the island. Our chapter has been working with this task force
for more than a year in creating the plan.

The final document will be released to the public next week.
