Perhaps a good one, in the light of the current ISOC and PIR budgets, but may be a little bit too much. I mean, how many people with financial experience does a non-profit organization need;-)

In my personal opinion, you can't have too many people with strong financial experience on a board. That seems to me especially so for the ISOC Board – as the organization has a budget in the millions of dollars and there are some strategic financial decisions we anticipate the BoT will need to navigate in the coming few years. You can read this as a clear signal from the current BoT that financial experience is important, since we developed the questions in the candidate forum. :-)
