[Chapter-delegates] Vanity fair on cyber, ITU, Vint Cerf and Jeff Moss

It is a good development that Internet Governance issues are extending
beyond the Technical and Policy publications read by a few, on to the
Vanity Fair class of media, for a wider reach. But the trouble is that the
Internet Community hasn't done enough to present a clear overview of
Internet History and a clear perspective of the Internet Governance issues,
not even for the benefit of the Technical media, let alone for the Vanity
Fair class of media.
