[Chapter-delegates] ARCEP questionnaire on peering agreement

French regulator ARCEP has sent a questionnaire to many AS's in its region
 demanding details of their peering arrangements, including pricing and
contract details, in the name of net neutrality. Details

As we know, peering deals are among the most independent and arcane
arrangements on the Internet.

There is already one public letter of protest - from London IXP Linx.
