A wise (BOT) decision would be to create a new task force with the specific purpose of modernizing (democratising, adapting) ISOC as a global NGO.

This is not for us to do, this is a task for the Board. Our elected Trustees, who are on this list, could take this suggestion and try to move it through the board. If we do this, it will be yet more wasted time.
