With this mail I would like to offer my services in response to the open 
job announced for the Chapter Development Position-Asia Pacific (APAC), 
for which ISOC is looking for a person immediately available, for a 
period of 6 month.

My offer is in response to the immediate needs of ISOC, and I have no 
intention to apply for more than 6 months, even if the position should 
become permanent. I apply only in view of the urgent timing of ISOC -- 
in case ISOC has a good candidate who will be available only later, I am 
prepared to fill such an interim period.

As for the location, I live in Cambodia since 1990, but I could relocate 
to Singapore temporarily, if this would be preferable.

I am immediately available, and I think I have some experience relevant 
to the position to be filled, outlined in the resume attached.
