[Chapter-delegates] A change of direction for a while... Leaving ISOC

Dear Anne,

it was an absolute pleasure to work with you on so many projects. Your
foresight has had such positive influences on the way ISOC Chapters work
with ISOC!
The complete build-up of Sphere projects have gotten the community to be
involved more than ever before, in building the future of the Internet
Society, and in novel ways which I hope your successor will be able to
continue.
You have a gift in being able to understand the subtleties of cultures
from all around the world and you have shown, time and time again,
diplomatic skills which we shall miss terribly.
