[Chapter-delegates] A change of direction for a while... Leaving ISOC

Dear Anne
I am sorry to
hear that you are leaving ISOC effective July 13th. My colleagues and I from
ISOC Liberia will greatly miss you. I vividly remembered how you immensely
assisted ISOC-Liberia during its formative years, 2007 -2009, when it became
fully charted by ISOC. You have continue to be supportive to us in all our activities. We thank you very much. 
On behalf
of my colleagues and the entire membership of ISOC-Liberia, we wish you all of
the best in your future endeavours.
