[Chapter-delegates] A change of direction for a while... Leaving ISOC

Hello Anne,

it was very sad news when I learned you will be leaving ISOC.
Your work over the years was key for chapters and members.
You were a central part of my work with ISOC over many years.

Wish you all the best for your time back in real life and out of the 
craziness of the spinning wheel of ISOC running around the world.

I (or better we all) will miss you
And hope for a return
