ISOC HK used the occasion of World IPv6 Launch to unveil its IPv6 Consumer
Guide -  aimed at both home users and businesses. It is  available (as far
as I can make out) in both print and online editions. .

The website is at http://ipv6now.hk and is something all chapters should be
looking at emulating, adjusted for local conditions.
