Recommended: Xing Li's presentation of a case study in China. Prof. Li
points out that, unlike the Internet which was well established before
adoption in China, due to massive growth in adoption, China has had to
pioneer IPv6. Prof. Li details the hard knocks that led his team to
understand that dual stack and CGN are not advisable, and the only solution
is to make an IPv6-only network with stateless IVI
