[Chapter-delegates] Individual vs. Trustee (was Re: Net Neutrality)

Dear Eric,
I think it is very interesting  position. You are trustee, because ISOC
have decided, that you are one of the most qualified persons in the
society and your opinion was announced before elections. In other words,
today ISOC need your feedback on network neutrality. I think trustee is
not an employee or administrative staff, this position is more political
and, can say, decision makers position.
