Please disregard my previous message on this subject as it had only a draft version of the application attached.
Below you will find the final Chapter application from Estonia. Apologies for the confusion.

Chapter Application
A. Proposed Name of the Chapter
Internet Society Estonia Chapter (MTÜ Eesti Interneti Kogukond)
B. Community of Interest the Chapter Will Serve
Estonian Internet Society will serve the interests of the Internet community of Estonia.
C. Purpose and Scope of the Chapter
The proposed NGO will be built upon already-existing and established NGO in Estonia. The goal is to activate cooperation and discussion both within Estonia and internationally amongst Internet users. Therefore we would like to establish in cooperation with Estonian members of the ISOC, an Estonian Chapter of the Internet Society.
What we have done and are planning to do:
1. Organised the protests against the ACTA treaty, and continue to fight against treaties that would hinder the progress towards changing the current intellectual property system.
2. Have an ongoing cooperation with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate to protect Estonian Internet users against incoherent legislation in the future.
3. Cooperation with the Estonian state and domain registry to be involved with and guide the existing and future regulation change.
4. Publishing and distribution of literature on Internet with Wikimedia Eesti (Lessig and others), organising thematic seminars in public school system.
5. Participation in the creation of Estonian and European legislation that would cover the subjects of net neutrality, copyright, intellectual property and other areas that involve internet and digital citizens rights.
