[Chapter-delegates] IGF pre-event on 'enhanced cooperation'

Dear all,
 
The Internet Society (ISOC), in cooperation with the Association for Progressive Communications (APC)and ICC BASIS, is  co-organizing a pre-event on 'enhanced cooperation' preceding the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) in Baku. The event will take place on Monday 5 November 2012. A detailed announcement is attached.
 
If you plan to attend the IGF, please plan to participate in this pre-event! You are also encouraged to submit a written contribution on this issue.
