[Chapter-delegates] WEBCAST : 2012 East Africa Internet Governance Forum (EA-IGF)

Check about the last 15 mins of first session http://livestre.am/41Wb1 for
Preetam Maloor on open ness. He says "all documents are open" and all
stakeholders acan comment.

Then I spcifically ask if member states can publish all documents in order
to have open consultations - he says yes subject to national laws.

Right at the end out of the blue he introduces the fact that ISOC suggests
that Internet and telecom are separate activities but that almost all
states disagree with that.
