Rapidly following up the July 6 Kenya IGF (archived

we now have a webcast of a full two day regional get together of Internet
stakeholders.

Again the feed is just a laptop at the back of the room, but it's quite
possible to follow along. Big thanks to Barrack Otieno of ISOC Kenya for
setting it up.
