[Chapter-delegates] Recording and presentation of the WCIT webinar for Chapters now available

Thank you Christine. This is appreciated.

Unfortunately, every time I tried to join from mobile using the links from
the Chapter Events page, I got a "Meeting cancelled" or "Meeting no longer
available" message.

Did anyone else get this error?
