Dear Colleagues,

I am happy to announce that we are now able to accept applications for
reimbursement for costs associated with maintaining an Internet
presence for a Chapter. This service is being introduced as a result
of feedback from Chapters and as part of ongoing and incremental
improvements in services to support Internet Society Chapters. It is a
pilot service and it is being implemented in a phased approach so that
modifications can be made and details tweaked according to feedback.
All of the pages and forms are in the process of being translated into
French and Spanish and will be made available as soon as they are ready.

During the course of developing the service, advice was sought from a
variety of different Chapter leaders. Thanks are therefore due to the
following persons for their careful review, suggestions, feedback and
tips along the way: In particular Hans Peter Dittler who gave lots of
help early on, Maureen Hilyard and PICISOC officers, Gunela Astbrink,
Joly McFie, Niel Hierjee, Klaus Birkenbihl and Victor Ndonnang. Thank
you.
