[Chapter-delegates] Web Hosting Providers ethics

Dear All   ;

ISOC is because of Internet, Internet Lives with Web Sites mainly. So my
concern is to make a discussion on Service Ethic for Web Hosting Providers(*
HOSTS*).
I have experienced many problems with the Host I believe most of the *HOSTS
*are having their own ways of conducting.

Most web site hosting account holders are web development companies. They
run the web sites of varies nature but mostly are critical business webs.
Once in a time each *HOSTS* do many thing for accounts some times they
suspends accounts, some are holding domain authentications on service
cancellations. mostly critical is they do something to buy/promote premium
support from them. There are many things on this regards.

On many times I felt the replying time for threads are taking days. These
are differs from provider to provider.

My intend is to list out the problems that web developers or uses face on
these *HOSTS *and to make action for making a policy where *HOSTS* can
agree and we ISOC lists the HOST who have agreed on this policy.

I like to see and note your experiences on such issues.
