[Chapter-delegates] Special Invitation to Global INET 2012

Thanks, everyone -
and also, I don't think there will be more than a handful of people, who
could still make it. Perhaps from the neighboring countries, but also
depending on the speakers (who are still not known, as per
http://www.internetsociety.org/events/inet-conferences/global-inet-2012/agenda).
I agree with Charles, that it's an obvious fact, and I am still wondering
why ISOC is so slow in responding. A little disappointing, given all the
great expectations we all shared a year ago on this list...
