[Chapter-delegates] Global INET Investment

Carlos,
as usual - it would have been much nicer and wiser from ISOC, if they
have done the consideration before they made the announcement public,
and before they posted the web site without the program.
Frankly, to talk about a global INET in January, when it is supposed to
take place in April, is the usual way we have seen ISOC acting before. I
thought... I have had much higher hopes last year around this time, when
ISOC started forming a new team, that these errors will not happen
again. Instead of bringing the chapters together, ISOC is artificially
creating tension, and instead of making the 20th anniversary a great
celebration, it starts as the usual scandal.
