[Chapter-delegates] A session on Internet and Internet Governance at India - invitation to remote participation.

Dear Joly,


Thank you :)  It would be great.   Also, if there is a condensed version of
Jonathan Zittrain's Future of the Internet or Rebecca Mackinnon's Consent
on the Governed, it would be of great help.

One idea is to write to them and ask them for a 10 - 15 minute version
either as a video or as a PDF. Should I do that?
