There is no need for a morals clause. In most jurisdictions, once something is covered by copyright, the author by definition has moral rights unless explicitly given away. The Creative Commons deeds, that is the plain English description of the licenses, makes this abundantly clear. See <http://creativecommons.org/licenses/>.
