[Chapter-delegates] Does your Chapter want to be a remote hub for the Global INET?

Dear All,
I think, all ISOC chapters are under regulation of their local
governments.Any ISOC chapter is able to  implement ISOC principles, if
these principles are not in conflict with local law. IMHO it is very
important to describe the term "affiliation",  "association" looks not
such strong.
