[Chapter-delegates] Does your Chapter want to be a remote hub for the Global INET?

To the contrary. They use the ISOC name. Why should this chapter get a pass just because it is in China? Read the requirements of ISOC's affiliation agreement for Chapters. If you do not stand for ISOC's principles, your usurpation of the name needs to be pointed out and those responsible need to work with the offedning body to encourage compliance. What they do that is good should be applauded?
