[Chapter-delegates] 100th member joins the Switzerland chapter

Some of you may remember during the Chapter Worskhop in Geneva when I 
announced that I was determined to establish the ISOC Switzerland Chapter 
before the end of that weekend.

Now, only eight months later, we already welcome our 100th member. 
Starting with 21 (founding) members, every month 10 new members have 
joined us. We are happy to have arrived to the 100 members milestone and 
are looking forward for the growth to continue!
