Dear Christine,

Let me join others to welcome this message from Lynn St. Amour. I have 
already share it in my social media channels. There are so many ways to 
make our voice heard in the WCIT process rather than attacking the ITU 
web site. We need dialogue and collaboration between I-organizations, 
not war.
Wishing an excellent and productive conference to all ISOC family who is 
in Dubai.
