[Chapter-delegates] ISOC site down?

I got it back for a moment after you posted, Raj.

I then tried to recreate the fault and I believe I succeeded!

My method is to search google on "Internet Society" and then click on the
paid ad at the top.

The link has a lengthy parameter attached. I've got a suspicion this is
invoking something in the drupal which is crashing the site.
