[Chapter-delegates] ITU, by-laws changes, etc.

Hi.
Safely back from the trip to Geneva - Garmisch - Geneva (was on the 
plane today with a great group of folks from the INET - sorry I had to 
miss it), I need to inform you that due to an increased amount of 
traffic, related to the ITU, I won't be able to actively participate in 
many of the discussions on this list.

If you believe that there is something that requires attention, please, 
do not copy me (it will be filtered into the same ISOC chapters' 
folder), but do send me a separate email. I will be responding to 
individual emails, but hardly to any mailing lists.

For the by-laws changes, I've made my remarks to both the list, and to 
Eric in Geneva; I am hopeful the BoT will do a good job in making ISOC a 
better organization.

For the staff - please, let me know if you need any help in trying to 
bring documents to the attention of the governments.

For everyone else - great meeting you in Geneva at the workshop; happy 
to see so many new faces, and of course, happy as usual to see all the 
"old" folks;-)
