As Mark Twain once said "Rumors of my death are greatly exaggerated!"

Just to clarify, the only things that will be closing are the (expensive)
extra livestream webcasting channels, which we rented just for the month.
This list, and the regular internetsocietychapters webcasting channel, will
continue as usual.

But, yes, I also look forward to increased participation by chapters.
