[Chapter-delegates] timeline of internet - global and local - proposal

Great idea!
PICISOC is working on a history of Internet in the Pacific Islands project
already (interviewing pioneers etc) so we can easily add this timeline
aspect to that project, We have 22 countries to collect information on (so
may take us some more time than other chapters!) and we will be delighted
to work with our members to add some Pacific perspectives to the timeline.
Will be such an interesting global resource. As a researcher, I love to see
the ISOC community coming together for research, and Internet history is
such an important thing to capture!
