Dan,

I think your explanation is so good that it should posted somewere
as is on the www.isoc.org website (and be linked-to whenever
we mention something XMPP). We have explanations how to talk
to us on IRC and Marratech on www.isoc.org.pl website, but we will
probably add a translated version of yours there.

We should also mention somewhere that ISOC staff is usually reachable
via XMPP and SIP.
