[Chapter-delegates] Jabber Chat to Golbalinet3 at conference.isoc.org

[ISOC Lebanon]

Dear Sir or Madam,

How can we connect to the Jabber chat?
We are using Spark Jabber client, however authentication is not working
with neither "conference.isoc.org" or "isoc.org"; neither the creation of a
new user.
Please advise.
