[Chapter-delegates] Konstantinos Komaitis recruited by ISOC

Thanks, Joly, and well spotted - nothing seems to escape your attention! 

Normally, we announce new staff members when they join the team, but in this case, Konstantinos asked for permission to share the news with his colleagues from the NCUC as soon as the contract was signed, in order to prepare an orderly succession. I am pleased to note that you appreciate his recruitment and I agree with you that he will be a great add to the public policy team!

Konstantinos will join us as as soon as the academic year is over. He will have a first opportunity to interact with Chapter members at the Global INET.
