Hi Joly,

Leaders at isoc.org is the external email alias for the Internet Leadership team, whose names I included in the email.  It is what we use for all of our calls for applications, etc.  Niel was being added to the Chapters and leaders lists today.

Others might be able to better address your other question regarding the Chapter delegates list.
