Many thanks for your comments. The ISOC Board of Trustees has set up a  
dedicated mailing list : chapter-bylaws at isoc.org for the purpose of  
posting feedback about the ISOC bylaws. I would therefore ask that you  
kindly follow their request by subscribing to the list, and reposting  
your comments there.
