[Chapter-delegates] New membership video featuring North American chapters

hi Everyone,

During the Chapter workshop in Philadelphia last year we interviewed a  
number of North American Chapter officers asking them why they joined  
the Internet Society. The resulting video below is part of a series of  
region specific videos which we have produced with help from Chapter  
leaders over the past year to support Chapter membership recruitment.

The video can be linked to Chapter websites and can assist in helping  
to explain what the Internet Society does and why someone might be  
interested to join a Chapter.
