Thank you for your comments.
Please note that a mailing list has been set up by the Board of
Trustees dedicated to the purpose of posting comments on the Bylaws.
The Board of Trustees are subscribed to this list. The details of the
list and how to subscribe are described in the below from Eric but I
include them here for easy reference. I therefore recommend that you
subscribe to the list and repost your comments there as requested by
the Board of Trustees.
