[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society / Wikipedia Page update

Eduard,
Our Chapter representative has all rights to edit information about our
Chapter URL in order to provide correct information. Of course, first of
all necessary  to inform ISOC staff about any changes in our Chapter
URL, then try to inform others about these changes, including Wikipedia.
