With respect, David, how the NYPD treat street protesters is a totally
different kettle of fish to Freedom of Expression on the Internet, and the
establishment of an Expert Panel to study same.
Markus, it's not clear how the multi-stakeholder panelists might be
selected. I look forward to hearing more. Also, is this an International
effort or just for Sweden?
Cynthia, are there other precedents in the UDHR of provisions for the
disabled?
